Morgan Stewart, Founder

Morgan Stewart received her B.A. from Yale University in 2002 and her M.A. in Adolescent Psychology from American University in 2007. Morgan has thoroughly enjoyed educating students since her ninth grade year, when she was selected by her Math teacher to tutor a group of struggling peers. While at Yale, Morgan continued to tutor inner city students in New Haven, Connecticut, as the coordinator of an educational program benefitting students with limited literacy. After college, Morgan moved to Washington, DC, and built a large clientele of students who needed subject tutoring, standardized test prep, and independent college advising. She established Within Reach Educational Consultants in Washington, DC, in 2007, expanded to Denver, Colorado, in 2008, and then to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2012. Morgan is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). She sincerely enjoys working one-on-one with each of her students and believes in empowering them to define and reach their academic and life goals through directed support and organization. In addition to serving as the Founder of Within Reach Educational Consultants, Morgan is a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, Odyssey Atlanta, and the Yale Club of Georgia. She is also the mother of two children and serves as an active volunteer at their school.

Stephanie Dylewski, Director of Client Services and Marketing

Stephanie Dylewski graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009 with a B.A. in Spanish and Psychology. While at Chapel Hill, Stephanie worked with as a standardized prep tutor and college essay editor. Upon relocating to Atlanta in 2011, she became deeply involved with Peachtree Presbyterian Church, currently serving on the Young Adult Leadership Board and mentoring youth. Stephanie volunteers with Odyssey Atlanta, an educational non-profit organization which partners with Atlanta Public Schools to prepare students in grades 3-12 from economically disadvantaged communities for their futures in college. She is also an Associate with Skyland Trail, which helps individuals recover from mental illness and live as independently and successfully as possible in the Atlanta community. An Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), Stephanie joined Within Reach in early 2014 and brings with her an expertise in standardized test prep, college placement, and writing and editing in both English and Spanish – as well as a comforting energy and compassion to each of our clients.


Deborah Hull, Associate

A native Atlantan, Deborah graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University in 2013 with a degree in English Literature. In 2016, Deborah completed her M.A. in Literary Studies at GSU, specializing in the work of American playwright Paula Vogel. While at GSU, Deborah taught Composition & Rhetoric courses to undergraduate students and was an Editorial Assistant for Studies in the Literary Imagination and the Eudora Welty Review, two academic journals. Her classroom assignments stressed critical-thinking skills, social engagement, and the fundamentals of college-level composition. As a member of the Southeastern Modern Language Association, Deborah recently presented a paper on introducing Chaucer to students through contemporary cinema. She joined Within Reach in 2016 as an Associate, and her primary goal is to show students how higher education can be transformative and attainable with proper preparation. In addition to reading, Deborah enjoys hiking with her basset hound, working on her classic car, and helping her husband devise plot lines for his screenplays.

Carolyn Daniels, Tutor

Carolyn Daniels graduated from Northeastern University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. While at Northeastern, Carolyn worked as a tutor for NUCALC, Northeastern University’s calculus outreach program for Boston high school students; the program and its professors had a profound effect on her math confidence and her desire to teach others. After graduation, Carolyn worked as a Project Coordinator for Long Bay Builders Inc. Upon her return to Atlanta in 2004, Carolyn began providing project management and education consulting services to clients throughout the metro Atlanta area. Her educational foundation and professional experience has afforded her a well-rounded skill set, including patience, excellent communication, and problem solving. An Academic and Standardized Test Prep Tutor, Carolyn brings over 20 years of experience to the Within Reach team, and she is passionate about helping students overcome the obstacles that impede their progress. She loves reading math books and developing lesson plans (seriously), spending time with her family, basketball, and softball – and she is a very proud, passionate member of the Patriot Nation!

Michael Giardino, Tutor

Michael Giardino graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2011 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. After a lifetime in New Orleans, he moved to Atlanta to attend graduate school at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He obtained his M.S. in 2013 and is currently working to complete his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering. At Georgia Tech, Michael has worked in the Undergraduate Communications Center, helping ECE students with their technical writing skills. He currently mentors a team of Opportunity Research Scholars working with autonomous robots. When he is not working, Michael is either baking or traveling.

Lauren Marrs, Tutor

Lauren Marrs is currently a student at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is working toward her Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, with a minor in French Language. Lauren has been passionate about STEM fields since a young age, and she loves nothing more than to help others find their own interest in STEM. Lauren discovered her affinity for teaching through her 13 years as a Girl Scout, as she and her troop organized events to teach younger scouts about advocacy, natural sciences, and environmentalism. She recently worked as an instructor at a science-focused camp for children, where she was able to help students embrace their curiosity and understand difficult science and engineering topics. In addition to her academic expertise, Lauren brings a truly compassionate attitude and great sense of humor to the Within Reach team! In her limited free time, Lauren enjoys baking, being in the middle of multiple books at once, and collecting tea.

Alex Hirsch, Tutor

Alex Hirsch, a native of the Big Apple, is a student at Emory University. Passionate about current events and American politics, Alex is majoring in Political Science and writes for the Emory Political Review. He also is a member of Emory’s Chess and Quiz Bowl Teams and enjoys exploring Southern culture by way of Atlanta. Upon graduation from high school, Alex counseled rising high school seniors on their college applications and essays, and he brings to Within Reach a diverse tutoring background as well. Alex joined the Within Reach team in 2016 and has been a valuable asset ever since!

Helen Clark, Tutor

Helen is from coastal Georgia and graduated from Camden County High School. She played varsity women’s rugby at Harvard College and earned an A.B. in Studies of Women, Gender, and Sexuality and Social Anthropology in 2015. She served as a biology contract service tutor at CCHS before beginning graduate school at Emory University in 2016. She is currently preparing to be a Certified Nurse Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner at Emory’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Helen loves going to concerts in Atlanta, biking on the Beltline, and singing Beyoncé at karaoke night. She continues to play rugby at Emory and with the Atlanta Harlequins. Helen’s positive energy is infectious, and she truly knows how to make learning fun!

Raghavendra Pingali, Tutor

Raghav, an Atlanta native, is a pre-health student at Emory University pursuing a double major in biology and psychology. He began working as a private tutor as a sophomore in high school after being told by a teacher that he had a knack for communicating. At Emory, Raghav is a member of the club tennis team and MindBubble, an organization that offers free tutoring to struggling elementary school students. Raghav also volunteers weekly in the Emory Clinic’s Emergency Department. An aspiring medical doctor, he is excited to work in a profession that allows him to educate others, as he is passionate about teaching! In his free time, Raghav enjoys playing the guitar and extreme sports. 


Jessica Haley, Tutor

Jessica Haley is originally from Wisconsin, where she gained an appreciation for humility, hard work, and the beauty of the outdoors. After spending a gap year in Ghana, Jessica earned her degree in Anthropology with minors in Global Health and African Studies from Princeton University. She then devoted two years to working at a homeless shelter for young people and mastering the New York City subway system. Currently, Jessica studies nursing at Emory University and volunteers at a free clinic, where she meets resilient people every day. Among her favorite things to do are cook, workout, rest, and sing. Jessica brings five years of tutoring experience to Within Reach, and she does not expect to ever grow tired of seeing students get excited about learning new things.
